On the 20th December, 2021, Transcendence Technologies Ltd completed re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules and has been reinstated to official quotation on 20th December 2021 as Redcastle Resources NL (RC1).
The Company has refocused as a gold and mineral resources exploration company. Its immediate focus will be pursuing success at its 100% owned Redcastle Gold Project within the north eastern goldfields of Western Australia.
Mr Jeremy King is a corporate lawyer and adviser with over 15 years’ experience in domestic and international legal, financial and corporate matters. Mr King is a director of a boutique corporate advisory and compliance business where he specialises in corporate and strategic advice and managing legal issues associated with clients. He spent several years in London where he worked with Allen and Overy LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and has extensive experience, particularly in relation to cross border private equity, leveraged buy-out acquisitions and acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate issuers in respect of various debt and equity raisings.
Trevor is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience within the mining and exploration sector of Western Australia. He was a founding vendor to listed companies including Jubilee Mines, Terrain Minerals, Regal Resources and Kin Mining NL where he served as the founding Managing Director and later performed the role of Chairman.
Trevor has management experience in areas of contractual outcomes, Mining Act regulatory procedures and standards, Tenement Management and a long history of Native Title negotiations and resolutions.
As a private individual he managed the acquisition of prospective mineral projects and operated a mining services business within the north eastern goldfields
Trevor is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Patrick Holywell has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and corporate governance, including employment at Deloitte and Patersons (now Canaccord Genuity). He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia with the last ten years focused on Director and Company Secretarial roles in the resources and technology space. Mr Holywell’s most recent involvements include roles with De Grey Mining Limited, Si6 Metals Limited and Pentanet Limited. Mr Holywell has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at UWA, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
